1. About TW Computing.

TW Computing was founded by the people of The 6400 Zone. We grew tired of our ISP's web hosting limitations or other free services drastically changing rules and rates such as Apple's dotMac. We decided it was time to start our own hosting service that had the best of both worlds. Adequate space for hosting at a minimal charge. We believe we achieved this. We use Mac G4 based computers running the latest OSX Server software for exceptional reliability. We accept checks or money orders and credit cards through the PayPal service.

4. How do I cancel my service?

7. Does TW Computing supply an email address with web hosting plans?

Yes. You will receive one email account for each hosting plan purchased.

8. How do I access my email?

Our email service provides POP3 and WebMail access. Please read the Customer Support FAQ for more specific email questions.

9. Can I access my email from my web browser?

Yes. TW Computing uses SquirrelMail. SquirrelMail is a standards-based WebMail package. All pages render in pure HTML 4.0 (with no Javascript) for maximum compatibility across browsers. It has very few requirements and is very easy to configure. SquirrelMail has all the functionality you would want from an email client, including strong MIME support, address books, calendar, and folder manipulation.
